ROSSA GAC are currently finalising plans for their bike ride from Croke Park to Rossa Park on the 11 and 12 June. There will be an overnight stop in Newry. Cyclists will cover approximately 60 miles per day.
The Club held an information event on Wednesday night and over 30 people attended and confirmed their willingness to participate and raise much needed sponsorship. As this is an initial event and time is marching on the club is limiting participants to 40 places. If anyone else is interested in participating they should contact Sean Kerr or Eugene Kerr immediately.

Training continues and those present agreed that a group cycle will leave Rossa Park at 7.00pm on Wednesday 11 May. All are welcome to attend.
Cyclists agreed to purchase cycle tops especially for the event and the Rossa Chairman Sean Kerr stated “these tops will carry the logo of Cloane Construction who made a valuable contribution to enable Rossa to continue with its activities in providing facilities for the Rossa community. The financial support from Cloane Construction is greatly appreciated”.
